Youth Performance 

HYAS Youth Performance program is dedicated to improving your athlete no matter what sport. We focus on speed, strength, and explosive movements in each class. Youth Performance is broken up into three age groups pairing our athletes with the right training. Get your free class pass and come try a class with us!

 High School Athletes: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Elementary School Athletes: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Middle School Athletes: 5:30pm-6:30pm

this offer is limited to our Youth performance classes.
